In 2010 Concordia Shipyards has brought two hulls of self-propelled cargo vessels in Brazil, sized 135 x 14,20 meters. These ships are ready to be completed for the use of either container cargo (320TEU), bulk cargo (5.000 T.) or tanker (4.500 T.).
In partnership with a local Brazilian Shipyard these ships will be finished and sold for transportation purposes on the rivers of the Amazon. Concordia Shipyards is also in contact with various Brazilian multinationals in need of ships for river transportation. In accordance with these developments Concordia Shipyards is searching for locations in Brazil to set up local production.
